Our company offers tax preparation services and tax consulting services for individuals, self-employed contractors, and small businesses. Our tax experts ensure the highest quality of service and work product for each client is delivered. Our focus is on helping individuals and small business owners meet their tax obligations while minimizing their long-run tax burden.

To explain the accounting or tax subjects to clients could be time–consuming and difficult to understand. However, we do not only provide accounting and tax services to our clients; we also have to make them understand what we are doing and how our efforts can help them to save money.

Meet Ana

Ana Ciobanu

Ana is a tax expert who works with clients of all levels and can help you solve your tax-related issues whether it be at the local, state, or federal level.
She is an Enrolled Agent who helps clients resolve their tax and accounting issues at the federal, state, and local levels.

Ana helped small businesses get over $5M in PPP and EIDL loans from June 2020 to May 2021 in the New York area. She has a Finance degree from Brooklyn College and her goal is to help small businesses minimize taxes and maximize profitability by taking advantage of all tax deductions and complying with all tax and accounting regulations.
